The Raven Insurrectionist Forces, or RIF, is an underground militia that operates on a global scale. Born out of a collective disillusionment with the existing political and economic systems, RIF aims to overthrow what they perceive as corrupt governments and exploitative corporations to establish a new, equitable world order.
