Swordgai Mercenary Clan Code of Laws
Article 1: Clan Structure and Leadership
1.1 The Swordgai Mercenary Clan shall be led by a council of elders, consisting of the most experienced and respected members of the clan.
1.2 The council of elders shall convene secret clan gatherings at regular intervals to discuss matters of importance and make decisions for the clan's welfare.
Article 2: Individual Member's Responsibilities
2.1 Every member of the Swordgai Mercenary Clan is expected to uphold the code of honor and ethics associated with the samurai tradition.
2.2 Each member shall maintain their skills, weapons, and equipment in top condition, as befitting a true warrior.
2.3 Members must be ready to answer the call of the council of elders or clan leader at any time for the defense of the clan or in times of crisis.
2.4 Members shall treat their fellow clan members with respect and loyalty, fostering unity and trust within the clan.
Article 3: Council of Elders' Responsibilities
3.1 The council of elders shall have the authority to make decisions on behalf of the clan, including but not limited to matters of recruitment, strategy, and conflict resolution.
3.2 In times of imminent danger or urgent matters, the council of elders may call for an emergency clan assembly to make swift decisions.
3.3 The council of elders shall serve as the arbiters of disputes within the clan and ensure that justice is upheld.
Article 4: Recruitment and Membership
4.1 New members may be considered for admission by a unanimous vote of the council of elders.
4.2 Prospective members must prove their skill, loyalty, and commitment to the clan's values before being admitted.
4.3 Members who betray the clan or act against its interests shall face expulsion by the council of elders.
